You buy once, download the code and run the system on your own infrastructure. The code is yours — no forced subscription, no third-party cloud, no vendor lock-in.
Is Bastra.Recall really free?
Yes. Bastra.Recall is MIT-licensed and open source — all core features, no account and no mandatory cloud. It's actively maintained.
What happens after the first year of updates with Launch?
Your system keeps running unchanged. If you want continued new features and support, you can optionally add an annual update license — but you don't have to.
Do I need technical knowledge for Bastra.Launch?
Basic hosting knowledge helps. If you'd rather not deal with it, the setup service handles the complete installation on your infrastructure.
